Well known as an antioxidant that improves vision and heart and lung function, beta carotene may help protect against heart disease and reduce the risk of some cancers.

Most Guernseys naturally produce the beta casein A2A2 protein, which can be easier to digest for the lactose intolerant. Anecdotal evidence also shows A2A2 milk helps reduce the incidence of autoimmune disease, heart disease, type 1 diabetes, autism and schizophrenia.

People love the mouth feel of Guernsey milk. A 2017 sensory done at the University of Wisconsin-Madison found 100 percent of consumers preferred Guernsey milk to traditional store bought milk.
